About Vandor Group
Vandor Group is a growing residential leasing agency based in Greater Montreal. We work with property owners, developers, and management companies to lease apartments across Greater Montreal, with a focus on multi-residential properties and new developments.
As we continue to expand our portfolio, we're looking for motivated Leasing Agents to join our team.
The Role
As a Leasing Agent, you'll be responsible for managing the leasing process from initial inquiries to signed leases. You'll work with a variety of properties, meet prospective tenants, coordinate visits, and help property owners fill their available units.
We're looking for people who are comfortable working independently, enjoy sales, and know how to turn opportunities into results.
This is a 100% commission-based position with uncapped earning potential and performance bonuses. We also provide marketing support to help our agents generate interest and secure leases.
Responsibilities
- Respond to rental inquiries and qualify prospective tenants.
- Schedule and conduct apartment visits.
- Advertise available units across rental platforms.
- Follow up with prospects and convert inquiries into signed leases.
- Coordinate applications, supporting documents, and lease signatures.
- Maintain communication with tenants, property managers, and the team.
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in leasing, real estate, or sales is an asset.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently.
- Confident in dealing with clients and closing deals.
- Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Availability for evenings and weekends when needed.
- French and English communication skills are an asset.
Previous leasing experience is not required. We're open to individuals with a strong sales background who are interested in entering the real estate industry.
