Le Vice-Président TI (Développement Logiciel) sera responsable de diriger la modernisation d'un logiciel vers une architecture web infonuagique, avec l'IA au cœur des cycles de développement.
PLUS PRÉCISÉMENT
- Définir la feuille de route technologique et l'architecture de la plateforme
- Piloter la réécriture du logiciel vers une architecture web moderne
- Intégrer l'IA au produit et au développement (agents, grands modèles de langage)
- Implanter les pratiques CI/CD (intégration et déploiement continus)
- Veiller à la sécurité applicative en vue d'une certification ISO 27001
- Siéger au comité de direction et gérer le budget TI
- Diriger une équipe d'environ 8 personnes en développement et infrastructure TI
- Œuvrer dans un environnement sur React, TypeScript, Kotlin, Java et le cloud
PROFIL
- 15+ années d'expérience professionnelle en TI, dont 5+ années en leadership
- Expérience à la tête d'une transformation logicielle d'envergure
- Maîtrise de React et TypeScript, avec la capacité d'intervenir dans le code
- Expertise en IA générative appliquée au développement logiciel
- Expérience en sécurité applicative ou en contexte de cybersécurité strict
- Bonnes connaissances en architecture infonuagique et en pratiques DevOps
- Vision d'affaires et pensée stratégique
- Leadership humain, rassembleur et sans ego
- Expérience en PME (fort atout)
- BAC en informatique ou l'équivalent
- Bilinguisme requis (Français et Anglais)

The Vice-President IT (Software Development) will be responsible for leading the modernization of a software product toward a cloud-based web architecture, with AI at the core of the development lifecycle.

- Define the technology roadmap and the platform architecture
- Lead the rewrite of the software toward a modern web architecture
- Integrate AI into the product and development (agents, large language models)
- Implement CI/CD practices (continuous integration and deployment)
- Ensure application security in preparation for an ISO 27001 certification
- Sit on the executive committee and manage the IT budget
- Manage a team of approximately 8 people in development and IT infrastructure
- Work in an environment based on React, TypeScript, Kotlin, Java and the cloud
PROFILE
- 15+ years of professional experience in IT, including 5+ years in leadership
- Experience leading a large-scale software transformation
- Mastery of React and TypeScript, with the ability to dive into the code
- Expertise in generative AI applied to software development
- Experience in application security or in a strict cybersecurity context
- Good knowledge of cloud architecture and DevOps practices
- Business vision and strategic thinking
- People-oriented, unifying and ego-free leadership
- Experience in an SME (strong asset)
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
- Bilingualism required (French and English)
