(vertical market software), Valstone Corp. (industrial integrated system providers), and Permanent Corp. (a permanent-capital acquirer of industrial businesses). The organization is committed to community impact through the Dream Big Foundation, donating 1% of profits to support health, youth, environment, and education initiatives in Montreal.
Position Description

Beyond managing the floor, you’ll oversee the reception desk and serve as the welcoming first point of contact for visitors and employees. You’ll set the tone for everyone who walks through the door, from first-time guests to our founders.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day management of Valsef’s executive office floor, keeping the executive lounge, conference rooms, gym, and shared spaces clean, organized, and guest-ready at all times.
- Monitor office supplies, kitchen inventory, and amenities so everything is consistently stocked and in working order.
- Coordinate maintenance, cleaning, and repairs with building management, vendors, and service providers, following through to timely resolution.
- Proactively identify and resolve office issues before they become problems.
- Prepare conference rooms and the executive lounge for meetings and guest visits, supporting hospitality for executives and their visitors.
- Oversee the reception desk, welcoming visitors and employees as the first point of contact.
- Continuously look for ways to improve the organization, functionality, and overall experience of the office.
- Grow with the role over time, with potential to oversee a team or take on other initiatives, such as planning special events in and out of the office.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in office management, facilities coordination, reception, hospitality, or a similar hands-on operational role; experience supporting executives or senior leadership is an asset.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, juggling competing priorities and adapting to changing needs.
- Action-oriented and resourceful, with a willingness to solve problems and see tasks through to completion.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a keen eye for clean, functional, and presentable spaces.
- Reliable and accountable, with strong follow-through and consistently high standards.
- Positive attitude, approachable, and easy to work with at all levels of the organization.

- Work directly alongside the founders and senior leadership of a fast-growing Montreal investment group.
- Real ownership; this is your floor, and your standards set the bar.
- A role with variety and room to grow as the company grows.
- Office perks and health benefits from day one.
